FAQ
FAQs
Sizing
Sizing will be detailed in each listing however here's how to understand how it works.
Shirts will be listed with a "ptp" size which is the size in inches across the chest from armpit to armpit. You may also see just a standard letter size which you should compare against standard US Military sizing.
Pants will be listed with two numbers "30x30" where the first is the waist in inches and the second is inseam. You may also see a standard letter size which you should compare against standard US Military sizing.
For customs the sizing is a bit different. Some may by exact sizing and some may be by US Military sizing. Please read the listings carefully for size info. We are not responsible for you picking the wrong size. A good rule of thumb is if you are unsure about which of two sizes to pick, sizing up is recommended as you can wear a belt but not make an item bigger. At the end of the day use your best judgement.
Shipping
We will try to get any order of in-stock items to the respective shipping service within 7 days of ordering (most likely within 1-2 days).
Once the item is in possession of the carrier, Weber Surplus is not liable for any damaged and/or lost packages. Please let us know as we do our best to help with any claims with the carrier.

3. Customer Compliance — It Is Your Responsibility Before You Order
It is the customer's sole responsibility to confirm that any item is legal for them to buy, own, possess, carry, import, and use before placing an order. You must check and comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws before ordering, and you must ensure that any item you order abides by the laws of your city, state, and country. We do not, however, assume responsibility for determining the legality of a purchase in your individual jurisdiction — that responsibility rests with you.
Certain products we sell are regulated and/or age-restricted, including but not limited to:
- Knives, axes, and bladed tools. Sold for lawful use only and intended for adult purchasers (18 years of age or older, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Blade-length limits, carry rules, and ownership restrictions vary by state and municipality. By ordering, you certify that you meet the minimum legal age and that the item is legal where you live.
- Night vision and optical devices. These items may be subject to U.S. export-control laws under ITAR and EAR. They are offered for sale to U.S. persons for lawful domestic use only and may not be exported, re-exported, taken outside the United States, or transferred to any foreign national or restricted party without prior U.S. government authorization. You are responsible for full compliance with all export-control requirements and your state and local laws.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and to request age or eligibility verification, where we believe a sale may not comply with applicable law.
4. International Orders, Import Duties, and Compliance
Customers ordering from outside the United States are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with the import and product-legality laws of the destination country.
